When culty East Village shop The Good, the Bad & the Ugly upgraded to new digs on the Nolita-Chinatown fringe, they got extra space to display designer Judi Rosen’s sublime creations, which give off a late-’70s Julie Christie vibe and are often seen on the backs of Maggie Gyllenhaal, Karen O and other avant fashion types.
