Description
From the owners of Marlow & Sons comes New York’s first butcher shop offering only sustainable meat from animals raised on small, local farms. All cuts sold, from beef to rabbit, will be carved on the premises from the whole carcass. Geese and turkeys should be available in time for Christmas.
