Description
Unlike dessert-only spots that stick to all things sugary, pastry whiz Pichet Ong (Spice Market, 66) brings a sweet worldview to savory eats at his tiny, mod perch. Expect flavor-straddling specialties like burrata cheese with paddlefish caviar and lemon olive oil—that same ingredient finds its way into the olive-oil pound-cake finale, served with strawberries and miso ice cream.
