Description
Tonsoku, or pigs’ feet, find their niche at the first U.S. outpost of this Japanese restaurant. Chef-owner Himi Okajima finds a place for the hooves in nearly every menu item, but purists should taste it the old-fashioned way—salted and tossed on the grill.
