It’s fitting that chef Marc Murphy opened a second location of his everyman Tribeca classic in the world’s greatestfood court. The long hours, ample seating, no-reservations policy (except for partiesof six or more) and sophisticated meat-and-potatoes fare make this the most democratic eatery in the mall. Steak and mussels remain the house emphases, but the biggest draw is the wine list—the razor-thin markups and 50 half-bottles allow maximum sampling.
