Description
This UWS restaurant would be at home among Brooklyns beloved farm-forward eateries. Chef Shawn Dalziel executes homespun, locavore dishes with sophistication. A lush foie gras terrine presented a jar of duck liver in a seal of its own fat, layered over apricot-fig jam. A special of seared scallops was surrounded by tender kabocha-squash gnocchi and seasonal vegetables. The strength of the meal persisted through dessert: Buttermilk panna cotta was perfumed with potent Tahitian vanilla and anointed with rooftop honey.

Love this place. I've only had lunch there. (x 10) The price can't be beat and i love the interior design. I feels like its a little bit of Brooklyn in Manhattan. I think there are some very creative flavors to sample there. They even have a pretty good cheese steak. Last reviewer wrote that the staff was clueless and snobby. I'm not sure what happened that day, but i've found the staff to be very professional and courteous.
Over rated atmosphere, snobby & clueless staff. Tight squeeze if your dress size in over a size 2 . Food nothing to brag about !!! Spend your money where the food is excellent & you're treated royally !!!
very good food but boring atmosphere and very unfriendly bartender. He had no personality and since we were sitting at the bar for dinner it was not a pleasant experience.
Recipe is amazing. Fabulous, thoughtful food and a really friendly atmosphere. Prices are great, too.
