Description
Justin Timberlake, not content just bringing sexy back, seeks to bring baked beans back at this UES ’cue spot—he’s even enlisted the help of Ray Lampe, aka “Dr. BBQ”. With a sports-bar vibe and loud rock soundtrack, the faux roadhouse serves up surprisingly great Tennessee-style beef ribs, imbued with the rich flavor of aged flank steak. Hickory-flavored pork ribs likewise impress, as does a crisp, juicy take on fried chicken. Skip fonduelike mac and cheese and mayo-overdosed coleslaw in favor of a nut-packed pecan pie inspired by JT’s grandma. Aw.
