If varieties of orchids in dramatic bottles suspended in water as if preserved don’t capture your attention, the beautiful people sipping cocktails made with coconut milk or fresh juices will.The mood is set by orange-hued lighting that bounces off fabric dividers and candles floating in a pool at the center of the room. Chef Ian Chalermkittichai (Four Seasons Bangkok) cooks haute Thai with a sweet accent: Chicken lollipops come with a pungent, sweet-spicy dipping sauce and tender short ribs are braised in an excellent green curry with sweet basil.
