Life just got sweeter for Prospect Heights residents: This 25-seat, buttermilk-colored patisserie serves as a showcase for owner Joyce Quitasol’s croissants, fruit tarts and cakes—including a moist red-velvet cupcake with cream-cheese frosting. To promote local talent, the shop’s walls serve as a gallery for rotating roster of neighborhood artists.
