Description
At Insieme (Italian for “together”), white tables appear sans cloths, track lighting contributes a soft glow, and cascades of long, white strings provide privacy for a row of booths. The menu features classic Italian dishes in one column, and “modern” takes in the other. Traditional lasagna comes as a sandwich of spinach pasta and Parmesan sitting atop beef-and-pork ragù, cemented together with a thick béchamel, while a sliced roasted pork loin (a contemporary dish) is served perfectly medium-rare on a confetti of pink-and-white beans in a pool of sage-heavy jus.

how on earth did this restaurant get one star from Michelin? soulless food and a waitress who dared to bring warm white wine to the table of a restaurant where one ends up with a 100$ per person bill. Stay away from it.
