Description
With a progressive look—tangerine walls, triangular mirrors and menus printed on CDs—and a refined menu, Breeze sails past the other Hell’s Kitchen contenders, combining French techniques and Thai cuisine to spellbinding effect. Addictive fried dumplings filled with wild mushrooms and caramelized onions are topped with a delectable soy–black truffle foam. Nearlyas tasty is the smoky grilled salmon, which comes glazed in a zesty fire-roasted chili-orange sauce.
