Chef Terrance Brennan carries on the tradition of the grand café inside this handsome, high-ceilinged Deco gem. Though solid bistro fare (satisfying côte de boeuf, garlicky bouillabaisse) is available, here the curd is the word. Experiment with fondue, which comes in three varieties including a mild Stilton-and-sauternes version. Cheese flightsthree fromages chosen by region, style or theme (e.g., each one produced in a monastery)can be matched with three wines (or beers or even sakes) for an intriguing finale.

Terrible service...we were a party of 4 women and 1 man...only after the "man" showed up were we even approached...food was good, but service atrocious
As echoed by others here, the quality of food and service has dropped substantially. It is sad to see another neighborhood restaurant falter in a location otherwise devoid of quality dining options. Last time I went I never received my entree after 1.5 hours. The check came back and everything but my entree was on the bill. Not even a token discount or drinks removed from the order!
