Description
Once an employee in Starbucks’ corporate offices, chain-store refugee Mike Caswell has opened this 300-square-foot indie coffeeshop on the Lower East Side. The main attraction? A patented machine that can roast, dispense, grind and brew seven types of beans simultaneously.
