Description
Put His Highness’s kebabs aside for just one moment because you’d be hard-pressed to find more satisfying curries. Favorites include chicken makhani in a fiery lentil-based sauce, and the ever-popular yogurt-marinated chicken tikka. As for the kebabs, competitors may precook and reheat their skewers, but the King’s are always grilledto order. The result is an explosion of flavor. Try the bihari, a skewer of tender beef so peppery it must be tempered with a spoonful of cooling raita. Finish witha cup of steaming doodh patti, a strong, milky, licorice-flavored tea that is fit for royalty.
