In the tradition of the Treats Truck comes this mobile desserts outfit from 23-year-old Columbia Business School student and first-time restaurateur Chris Chen. Pastry chef Jerome Chang (Le Cirque) turns out upmarket sweets like a chocolate bread pudding lavished with regular or bacon-flavored crème anglaise.
