Description
The Aussie owners of Ruby’s have opened a raucous little eatery in the former Jefferson spot, with Down Under–themed eats from English chefs. The drinks are fantastic—the namesake mojito-like cocktail of Pimm’s and Hendrick’s gin with guava and apple juices and muddled fresh mint is alone worth a stop-in—and the eats, though hit-and-miss, include a killer “Bronte burger.” Excellently messy, the juicy patty is enlivened by chili sauce and melted Gruyère. Paired with a pint of Bass, it’s a fine way to end an evening out in the Village.

I totally disagree, Kingswood has been one of my favorite restaurants since it opened. The food is delicious (the eggs are great at brunch) and the vibe is always good attractive people.I was looking for a good brunch spot for a while and never KW to be one bc its such a dinner spot (bar, scene, etc.) but after i walked by one day I realized it was like in a garden.
I came here for brunch with a friend last saturday and had the worst experience ever in a restaurant. The restaurant was less than third full. We ordered our drinks and they arrived pretty quickly but about 45 minutes went by and the table next to us who ordered after us got their meal and were about to finish. By this time no one bothered to come to our table to check. We called waiter and ask where our food was (the table of family next to us also let the waiter know that our food was orde
