Restaurateur and panini king Jason Denton raided his casual-Italian empire to staff this marble-outfitted eatery, his most ambitious restaurant to date. Fish is the strength of the kitchen, led by co-chefs Eric Kleinman (inoteca) and Steve Connaughton (Lupa). They paint an herbaceous olive-oil sauce over firm
pinci (short, thick spaghetti) and strands of soft cuttlefish with chopped razor clams. Our favorite part is the 26-seat bar, which suggests that the heart of Dentons operation is still in low-key dining.
