Description
This bright, subway-tiled space has a narrow focus: central Italy’s classic boneless roasted pork. The meat—available as a sandwich or a platter—is amazingly moist and tender, having been slowly roasted with rendered pork fat, seasoned with fennel pollen, herbs and spices, and flecked with brittle shards of skin. The other menu items—a mozzarella sandwich, humdrum sides—seem incidental, but Porchetta’s raison d’être is so phenomenal we can’t help but recommend it anyway.

Mon–Thu, Sun 11:30am–10pm; Fri, Sat 11:30am–11pm.
