Owner Jason Scherr wants you to think about your coffee. To that end, he’s opened this 2,800-square-foot shop specializing in fair trade, organic and shade-grown beans—as well as PC teas and locally sourced milk. One quarter of the proceeds go to charities.

Mon–Fri 7am–midnight; Sat, Sun 8:30am–midnight.
