Description
Owners Pierluigi Palazzo and Rossella Tedesco named their restaurant after their favorite treat (soon to be yours as well). A specialty of the area around Bologna, gnocchi fritti are fried, puffy pockets of dough served piping hot with a plate of thinly sliced prosciutto, salami and capocollo. Wrap the meat around the gnocco, stuff it inside, or eat it separately. At $8.50, the price is right, too. Main courses include the usual assortment of pastas and secondi, but it’s the fried gnocchi and the giant garden space that will keep you coming back.

My two out of town friends found the food too adventurous. I on the other hand really, really relieved to discover a world of Italian cuisine that wasn't pasta and simple roasted pieces of fish or meat. I enjoyed a fig and cheese appetizer, I loved the signature fried gnocci , and especially the 'insalata' that had no leaves of any kind but, awesomely, cold potatoes and string beans as the base with anchovies, good olives, etc. The staff was really warm, super competent, and light hearted

I love this place,is very amazing!!!!The food is delicious,service is perfect,place is romantic...very very nice!!!!...my favourite food?...oh oh...pasta and pizza of course...I reccommend this restaurant...for all people...
one of the best restaurants I've eaten at in a while.. just kept ordering for two and a bottle of wine, when I looked at the bill, I was so suprised at how reasonable it was. Amazing food.. Amazing Atomosphere, Amazing Quality... recommending to all!
Gnocco Cucina was amazing! I made reservations only a week ahead for 9 people and 24 hours before I needed to add 3 more people. I was told that they couldn't accomodate a table that large so I just asked for a separate table and they said they could do that. When we arrived at the restaurant, we had a table for 12! I was so stoked! The restaurant was super cute and homey, our waiter was fabulous and the food all got rave reviews. I definitely recommend this place!
