Description
At Tuesdays raw night, be mesmerized as chef Michele Thorne prepares a tasting menu without heating any ingredient above 120 degrees (to retain the nutritional value). Ponder the curried plantain dumplings drizzled with coconut sauce. Gaze in awe at an herbed wild-rice risotto cake, playfully combined with haricots verts, mushrooms and cannellini-bean puree. Other nights, the menu includes cooked fare, such as barbecue seitan poboys and shepherds pie. All items are prepared with organic ingredients whenever possible, and the wine list is strictly organic.
