Description
Bubbys What started in 1990 as a pie company quickly evolved into a Tribeca standby for reliable meals in a casual, dinerlike milieu. On weekend mornings, swarms of toddlers, their frazzled parents and the no-brunch-reservations policy add up to barely contained chaos. For a touch of calm, try a weekday dinner of easy favorites: alphabet soup, mac and cheese, and juicy, slow-cooked barbecued ribs. Dessert, of course, is still all about pie, like the apple-whiskey with pecan crumble, served in generous wedges.
