Chef Eton Chan (Asiate) opens this ten-seat dumpling house in Carroll Gardens. Handmade pot stickers are on the slim menu, along with shaved ice and hand-pulled noodles.
JUICY JUICY JUICY!!! thats the best way to describe these dumplings, With 3 different versions, beef & pork, veggie and chicken w/ mushroom they are worth the wait. My personal favorite is the beef and pork, you have to try them. However, you can't forget the desert.... Hawaiian shave ice. when you indulge in the ice go all the way and add ice cream and condensed milk like they do in Hawaii. I like this place, it's just in time for summer.

I am totally addicted to these dumplings! I tried them for the first time on Tuesday at the grand opening and found myself thinking about them all day the next day. I have had them every day ever since. The pork/beef are my favorite - try them with Eton's ginger soy. The veggie ones are equally delicious - so fresh tasting.
