The Office Manager will be responsible for all items relating to office operations at TONY. This position provides a direct career path into Human Resources.
Core Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Monitor and update phone systems
• Audit and process invoices
• Liaise with building staff and maintenance
• Troubleshoot office issues
• Manage all items relating to Front Desk
• Supervise team of 5 within Reception and Maintenance
• Some Human Resources administration
Professional Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience in Office Management or Human Resources
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Bachelors’ or Associates’ Degree
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills and strong attention to detail
• Heavy customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to shift priorities quickly
• Proficient in Word and Excel
