Hatha Yoga: Deep Relaxation
Description
You may be lucky enough to have a job these days, but those high unemployment numbers probably mean you’re extra bogged down at work. Wind down every Friday with a peaceful, gratis 45-minute yoga class. The session begins with gentle stretching, then moves on to a long period of yoga nidra (deep relaxation) and concludes with breathing practices and a brief meditation. It’s helpful for those without jobs too.
