Fischerspooner’s new and third album, Entertainment (released through the group’s own FS Studios), is slick and slight. But the duo, oddly for a pop group, is fundamentally a live act: all winking theatrics and elaborate costumes. Even as the spotlight has turned away from the musicians, their thesis remains static, their ambitions grand.
