Description
Wolfgang Voigt has many claims to fame, his role as one of the head honchos at the famed German techno label Kompakt being one of the biggest. But this is even bigger: Tonight he’s performing his first eve U.S. date as Gas, his groundbreaking ’90s project. He’ll be collaborating with video artist Petra Hollenbach for what’s reported to be a beautifully hypnotic presentation. The show also features a performance of Brian Eno’s 1975 ambient album, Discreet Music, by Toronto’s CONTACT Ensemble.
