Description
Former AFC safety Bo Eason (brother of NFL quarterback Tony Eason) stars in a revival of his semiautobiographical solo show about growing up in the shadow of a star athlete. Melodramatic flourishes beat out plausibility in the tale’s violent climax, but Eason’s earthy, fast-paced performance—well served by Larry Moss’s sensitive staging—lands the story squarely in the end zone.—DC
