In anticipation of a Sat 11 record fair at 92YTribeca, a horde of oddball rock, psych, noise and metal types takes over Knitting Factory’s three floors for two nights to exalt the glory of DIY record labels, tons of which continue to thrive, even as the above-ground music industry collapses. Tonight’s bill ranges from Renaissance Faire–gone-prog outfit Begushkin to the searingly beautiful black metal quartet Liturgy.
