“Traveling the Silk Road: Ancient Pathway to the Modern World”
Description
This exhibit looks at the Silk Road, or the series of paths and routes that have connected Asia, Europe and parts of Africa in both ancient and modern times. Countries that were part of the route will be represented through different sections within the exhibit; for example, live silkworms will spin cocoons in a part dedicated to the city of Xi’an in China.
