Description
Presented in conjunction with the Goethe-Institut New York, this exhibit collects the work of German writers who lived in exile in the United States during World War II. Presses like Pazifische Presse and Pantheon Books were able to publish work by Thomas Mann and Bertolt Brecht, among others.
