JDH and Making Time’s Dave P. take over Santos for a good cause: The pair is celebrating a half decade of Fixed affairs. If you’re going to throw a birthday bash, it’s best to make it memorable; the duo has done so by inviting Felix Buxton and Simon Ratcliffe—somewhat better known as house combo turned hyperpop-collagist unit Basement Jaxx. Buxton and Ratcliffe (who are laying down a DJ set tonight) are celebrating the release of their new Scars (XL Recordings), so expect to hear many of the album’s tracks in the mix.
