Monk One, from WBAI’s Underground Railroad show, and his guests take control of APT’s ground level for a funk-fueled evening of dusty-groove antics. Tonight’s affair features a booth appearance by Dante Ross, a major player in NYC’s hip-hop scene since the mid-’80s (he recorded 3rd Bass and signed Brand Nubian, among other claims to fame) who has gone on to be a mega-selling, Grammy-nominated producer.
