Sometimes we have trouble remembering our own phone number, but we’ll be at this year’s mind-bending tournament, cheering on mental athletes as they memorize a string of 1,000 random digits, two decks of shuffled cards, 99 names and faces, 100 spoken words and an unpublished 50-line poem.
