Donate unwanted books or browse the shelves for used paperbacks and hardcovers for a dollar apiece—all proceeds go to supporting the Brooklyn Public Library. Meanwhile, Lost in the Stacks, a cover band made up of local librarians, will rock out with songs by Van Morrison and other acts as old as the Dewey decimal system.
