East Billyburg’s upscaling continues at this baroque cocktail boutique from the Danny Meyer–pedigreed Stephanie Schneider (Gramercy Tavern) and Andrew Boggs (Union Square Cafe, Blue Smoke). Acquire an intimate table in the expansive, old-world room and ask the barkeeps to muddle a pitch-perfect classic vodka gimlet or a specialty tipple like the Edward Bulwer-Lytton ($10), concocted with ginger-infused rum.
