Description
Visit Finland by way of Billyburg at this eco-friendly lounge. Bare-filament lightbulbs cast a dim glow, and long benches make a fine place to sip designer cocktails. Try the Victorian (Bombay Sapphire, Earl Grey syrup and apple juice) and breathe deeply: Oulu’s plant-covered wall allegedly provides enough oxygen for 46 people per year.
