Description
One level down from its iconic pink neon sign resides one of the few vestiges of classic Greenwich Village. After 56 years, this comfortable, low-key veteran can still be relied upon for a stiff drink. The superannuated beatniks at the bar will gladly tell you a thing or two about how life was way back when—the ancient TV is playing the History Channel for a reason.
