Description
This Prohibition-themed bar cultivates an exclusive vibe, but there’s no cover and no trouble at the door. Pass by the palm reader in the window (it’s a front) and you’ll find an amber-lit deco interior where formality still flourishes: Servers wear custom-designed frocks and bartenders don waitstaff whites. The real stars are the cocktails like the West Side, a lethal mix of lemon vodka, lemon juice, mint and club soda. Don’t come looking for a bargain—the drinks are priced as if alcohol were still available only under the table.
