Description
Ouest brings grown-up big-city dining to an area that’s been Blockbustered and Baby Gapped into suburban submission. The buttoned-down predinner crowd here knows its way around a martini. The long, narrow room, done in glossy ebony and lipstick-red, gets busy after work as well. Specialty cocktails are restrained versions of the classics, from a proper martini made with Junipero gin and an onion-stuffed olive, to the Ouest sour, tarted up with Ketel One and yuzu juice. And you can dig into Tom Valenti’s big, brawny food at the bar
