Description
An massive octagonal bar set smack in the middle of the warehouselike room encourages people-watching, and the tall stools give a bird’s-eye view of the exposed brick, hanging Art Deco–style lamps and framed paintings that make the space feel airy and calm. The all-star investors, principally Robert De Niro, make only rare cameo appearances these days, but their names guarantee a smattering of tourists among the Wall Streeters and locals. The always buzzing Tribeca Film Center is right next door.
