Description
This City Hall serves but one constituency: lovers of good food and drink. The place is also big on Tribeca charm, with large glass windows wrapping around this former shoe factory, replete with cast-iron columns and vintage wall sconces. Try the blueberry gimlet—fresh berries muddled with lime juice and Bombay Sapphire gin—or the popular portabello and arugula salad drizzled with truffle oil. If only all municipal services were this good.

Mon noon–10pm; Tue–Thu 7:30am–10pm; Fri 7:30am–11pm; Sat 10am–3pm, 5–11pm.
