Description
The views are ho-hum (whizzing cabs, Chinese joints), but the third-floor terrace is still a great place for kicking back if the weather’s nice. Take one of the many tables dotting the deck, or hang out at the canopied bar on the mezzanine. A young, very fratty midtown type is the typical customer, but on a sunny day, all is forgiven.
