The formidable beer list—40 ever-rotating drafts—includes Bear Republic’s fragrant Racer 5 IPA. Mull over your selection, complete with appetizing tasting notes, at the wide communal tables. The gastro end of things is manifest in the menu of top notch pub grub (foie-stuffed prunes, panko-encrusted asparagus) designed by Wayne Nish (March).
