If you still can’t get into Milk & Honey (the exclusive reservation-only bar owned by mixologist Sasha Petraske), you’ll fare much better at his Lower East Side spot: The phone number is listed, and you can also walk in off the street. This snug new space also has a ’40s-era vibe (leather booths, classic cocktails) as well as a few welcome additions, such as a raw bar and slashed prices.
