Description
Since the ’90s, celebs have flocked to this upscale sushi restaurant, and today, it’s still a luxe experience. The lower-level bar-lounge is as elegant and understated as the sake you sip here. Choose from more than a dozen, two of which (crisp Yumeakari and dry Shunnoten) are exclusive to Bond St. in the U.S. Low tables and sofas in the lounge encourage loitering. Try a Zen Sai appetizer (for two), and indulge in a saketini or the Bond St. martini, flavored with wasabi and soy sauce.
