Description
Pickins are slim for moody boîtes in central Queens, and a diverse clientele straight from central casting has embraced Jade Eatery & Lounge’s twin bars. Conversation-minded drinkers head for the copper-barred main taproom, with ample seating and reasonably pitched house music spun live on weekends. The higher-decibel Moroccan Lounge hosts a mix of dressed-for-clubbing partyers and private-event guests. Both bars serve Asian appetizers and not-too-sweet, amply poured cocktails. Exotica rules here: Tokyo Rose is made with Grey Goose, yet smacks of perfume.
