Amsterdam Billiards and Bar at Union Square Blazing red neon adorns the legendary Upper West Side pool hall’s downtown locale, situated in Corner Billiards’ formerly dingy digs. The $2 million face-lift bought pressed tin, oak paneling, Oriental rugs and 26 pro-quality tables. The scene is crammed with hustlers, league players and NYU students alike.
