The latest Lilliputian hangout from Frederick Twomey (Bar Veloce, Bar Carrera) features a Scandinavian-sleek interior outfitted with a curvaceous, backlit Plexiglas ceiling. Climb into a chest-height chair in the company of stylish downtowners, and select from more than two dozen French reds and whites by the glass poured by tie-clad waiters. Hungry? The late-night kitchen turns out buttery, offbeat eats like truffle-topped quiche and a beef Wellington “éclair.”
