• Furniture from the Red Hook Real World
• Fish tacos!
• Five electric palm trees, 10 to 28 feet high. About 3/4 of a mle and LED lights on each.
• Weekly Saturday Night Fever party with Studio 54 DJ Nicky Siano
• Come winter: sand, min-golf course, etc. Stored at Brooklyn Navy Yard
